From 17 to 22 April 2023, the Learning Teaching Training Activity (LTTA), part of the third result of Project T.E.S.T. took place in the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), Madrid.
The mobility was aimed at training selected HE Teachers from STEAM disciplines and testing the tools that have been developed so far by the partners.
The week programme interspersed training sessions in the morning with face-to-face experiential sessions in the afternoon.
In particular, the morning programme included presentation of the Learning Path and the testing of the video-pills delivered as Project Result n° 2 and available on the Erudire platform.
The afternoon agenda instead involved the construction of a virtual lab project, prepared through the collaboration of participants from different universities, and following the methodological guidelines of the toolkit, delivered as Project Result n° 3.
At the end of the week, each project was presented to the remaining lecturers and mobility organisers, accompanied by moments of discussion and knowledge sharing.
The week was a great success, as it represented a moment of validation and collaboration between academic teachers from different research fields and disciplines.
During the mobility, all the Project T.E.S.T. Result were tested by the cohort of participants.
The Teachers in the coming months will be directly involved in a fine-tuning testing, in which they themselves will have to train other lecturers from their universities on the practices and methodologies fot the adaptive teaching learned during the LTTA.
Finally, a special thanks to Dr. Vicente Molina of ECO, organizer and host of the mobility!
